If I'm driving down the road and a cop has his radar on, I know it immediately because I have a radar detector. Idiots who don't have detectors tend to make visual contact with the cop car and slam on their brakes. I understand slowing down, I'm doing the same thing if I am speeding.
But we weren't speeding.
If you are driving past a cop, who is sitting next to a 40 MPH speed limit sign and you are doing 40 MPH, DO NOT FUCKING SLAM ON YOUR BRAKES AND DRIVE 35 MPH PAST THE COP. You don't get a gold star for doing LESS than the speed limit past the cops.
